What are Access Bars®

The research
Dr. Terrie Hope, PhD, DNM, has been researching Access Bars for over 12 years and has discovered incredible results on how Access Bars can change stress. Her research shows that an Access Bars treatment lowers stress levels and changes brain wave patterns from very stressful to calmer. Activation of specific brainwave patterns suggests that regeneration takes place and improves the client's body, mental wellbeing and cognitive ability - in just 45 minutes.
In addition, further research published in a peer-reviewed journal (2017) on Access Bars showed a significant reduction of up to 84.7% in the severity of anxiety and depression symptoms, as well as an increase in brain EEG coherence.
